Who We Need

The Program Manager oversees the coordination and administration of assigned programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities in accordance with agency strategic plan, funding requirements, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalency of education and experience required;
    • Two (2) years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities
    • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a human services profession, such as psychology, family development, or social services is required.
    • Must be able to obtain Direct Access Clearance System (DACS) with the Utah Department of Health and Human services.
Job Summary (Including, but not limited to)
  • Oversee program operations to achieve compliance with contract requirements, accreditation, licensing and monitoring standards, agency procedures, federal/state/local regulations, health, safety and all other licensing/regulatory agencies as directed. 
  • Monitor direct costs and manage within pre-established budget.  Examine all spending to ensure cost effectiveness/effectiveness. 
  • Review daily, weekly and monthly staff engagement reports, staff training compliance, and shall provide training to ensure proper coding, billing, and accurate/timely documentation of all member services.   
  • Responsible for hiring highly skilled talent by working with PF for all selection, hiring, on/offboarding, hew hire orientation, training, and terminations.  
  • Closely manage staff performance, training, skill levels, and completes performance evaluations.
  • Schedule staff in accordance with business needs through continuous assessment of levels of care, operational requirements, and member needs.  Create a balance of  business demands and staff needs/preferences. 
  • Provide oversight and support to ensure the coordination of care plan/ISP requirements regarding intake, assessments, annual reviews and discharges.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and in agency committees when assigned. 
  • Is the point of contact for all audits, inspections, and investigations. Shall assign a designee to plan for own absences when necessary.   
  • Ensure Incident Reports are completed and filed within the designated agency timelines and ensure follow-up as needed in accordance with regulations.
