Building on the success of our Nexus platform in financial services, N4H is a cloud native modern technology platform and product play in healthcare, focused on the payer and provider markets.

 

The opportunity

EY Nexus for Health is a rapidly growing platform and product for healthcare. We've outpaced our competition with both our investments and solutions and we're looking for strong Product Associate talent to join our team. We need team players with an entrepreneurial mindset to work with our existing and new customer base to help grow N4H into the industry leading platform. Think of N4H as a healthtech start-up with backing of EY's brand and depth. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation and research to launch and post-launch optimization. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn from experienced product managers, and contribute to the development of innovative products.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Assist product leaders with research by conducting user interviews, analysing market trends, and identifying customer needs.
• Support product definition by creating user personas, user stories, and product requirements documentation. Work with designers and engineers to create and maintain product prototypes and mock-ups.
• Assist with product testing by developing test plans, recruiting participants, and analysing test results.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product iterations.
• Assist with product launch activities by creating marketing materials and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• Track and monitor product performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain product documentation and knowledge base.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in product management. 
• Partnering with the sales team to help communicate our strategic vision to our clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Relevant Undergraduate degree within Engineering, healthcare, Informatics, or similar fields of study.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility in learning.
• Interest in process and system improvement.
• Experience with working on a sales cycle to drive user engagement.

 

Ideally, you'll also have

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) a plus.
• Knowledge of topics related to data analytics.
• Experience in design thinking.
