About the role:

Responsible for leading and developing a team of Procedural Training Strategists and SMEs that develop the end-to-end strategy for planning, development and commercial connectivity of endoscopy procedural and device-related learning journeys and procedural training, for specific endoscopy franchises. Collaborates with VP/DOMs of Marketing, Marketing Management, Chief Medical Officer and Sales Leadership, Sales Team, Market Development Managers + KOLs to create multi-faceted procedural training plans and/or content options, rooted in adult education principles.

 

Responsible for ensuring their team’s professional education offerings are aligned to Endo Strategic Plan Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecast Dynamics.  Collaborates globally to leverage & contextualize best practices, share content and drive efficiency.

 

Plans strategy across their team for multiple strategic programs, sets vision for training content and applies appropriate technology and methods to achieve training and adoption. Ensures that the objectives for learning and adoption are met.

 

Specific alignment to emerging technology or acquisition technology to ensure Endoscopy alignment to goals of new franchises or procedures.
