We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Waterslash, as a Food and Beverage Attendant.

The Watersplash is a one-of-a-kind beachside bar, diner, and nightclub that has something for everyone. Situated in the heart of St Ouen's Bay, the 'Splash’, as locals affectionately call it, is the island's spiritual hub for surfing, music, and sunsets. The Watersplash hosts a variety of indoor and outdoor events, from birthday parties and live music on the terrace to 750-person sell-out club nights featuring top international bands and DJs. Proud of our prime beachside location, we are an accredited plastic-free business and a member of the Jersey Eco Active business scheme. Established in 1954, we have been a beloved destination for decades.

What exactly you will be doing

Step into a team of hospitality enthusiasts and join us as a Food and Beverage Attendant, where you will have the chance to shine in your field and truly make an impact.
In this role, you will be an excellent team player, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a passion for personalised service, you will interact confidently with guests, creating magical memories. Whether you are creating innovative cocktails, serving timeless classics, or providing service with a warm smile, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

You'll deliver excellent service from the initial greeting and order-taking to making recommendations and processing payments, all while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
