Essential Functions:

Data Operations Analyst – Lakewood, CO

Data Management & Quality Control

  • Support data quality, entry, and export across key program applications, including OBIEE, OASIS, REXUS, Kahua, FME, ABP replacement, GREX, IRIS/BAT, ADS, and CFR (BDR).

  • Manage inventory of systems and data (Regional Data Domain Owners) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Oversee release of space/vacancy data, strategically communicating across business lines (Federal and Leasing Realty, Customer Planning, Building/Facility Managers) to compare current and future conditions.

Occupancy Agreement & Portfolio Operations

  • Track and manage new, expiring, and modified Occupancy Agreements, including administrative actions.

  • Maintain gREX documentation for Leased and Federal Transactions.

  • Conduct audits, including reviewing finalized Occupancy Agreements, performing spatial variance analysis, and troubleshooting 620/OA bills, CPI changes, tax adjustments, and FFO variances.

  • Perform REXUS lease and project reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Spatial Data & Scenario Planning

  • Track projects with future spatial changes, managing variance reporting and communication.

  • Maintain and analyze National and Regional spatial reports for operational insights.

  • Oversee scenario planning tracking and parking management, ensuring strategic resource allocation.

  • Maintain new and existing building information in REXUS, OASIS, and BDR (CFR).

Process Optimization & Stakeholder Communication

  • Identify and coordinate project actions across multiple teams, ensuring shareholders are informed of delays, issues, and solutions.

  • Develop streamlined workflows and processes that integrate technology solutions with critical business operations.

  • Provide recommendations to optimize data capture, defining key roles, affected systems, and overall workflow impacts.

  • Manage and update portfolio data, tracking and monitoring customer engagement for operational improvements..
