• Support the team with various tasks
• Participation in internal investigations, e.g., attending and documenting interviews as part of investigations in response to compliance reports
• Preparation and organization group-wide training initiatives
• Independent assessment of requests related to gifts and hospitality
• Administration of the dormakaba’s Rules & Regulations
• Review of dormakaba’s donations and sponsorship activities
• Creation of quantitative and qualitative data analysis (in MS Excel), e.g., statistical analysis and target‑group‑specific preparation of compliance inquiries
• Preparation of internal and external compliance documentation
• Working on presentations on compliance topics
• Document management

 

An experience that matters: Your skills

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, or Law
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Organizational talent and enthusiasm for presenting
• Structured, analytical, and systematic working approach
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
