As we continue to scale, we're building a talent network of world-class operations leaders who want to be part of something genuinely different.</p> <p>Our Director, Site Operations leaders are the engine of our facilities. You'd be responsible for the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site — from the grow and lab through post-processing, packaging, and logistics — with direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and the people who make it all run. You'll own the facility budget, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multilevel team through the complexity and pace of a high-growth operation.</p> <p>This isn't a role for someone looking to manage a steady state. Our facilities are growing, our markets are evolving, and the regulatory landscape shifts constantly.
