Director of Identity Cloud Security

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Cloud Security program and work with Cloud platforms, technologies, and best practices. Lead the strategy and implementation activities for Cloud Security and for end-to-end architecture, design, engineering, delivery, and support for Cloud-based information security products and services. Ensure the Cloud Security strategy aligns with the overall International Organization for Standardization (ISO) strategy, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market expectations. Lead the multi-year Cloud transformation journey, including operationalizing technology foundations in a hybrid multi-cloud environment. Develop and execute a comprehensive Cloud Security strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. Lead a team of Cloud Security professionals, fostering collaboration, skill development, and a strong security culture. Architect and design secure Cloud infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data. Ensure Cloud environments comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and industry frameworks. Conduct regular audits and assessments. Establish and execute incident response plans for Cloud Security incidents. Maintain awareness of emerging threats and vulnerabilities to implement risk mitigation measures. Employ security automation and orchestration tools to streamline security processes, enhance threat detection, and optimize response mechanisms. Stay informed about security features and updates from Cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to ensure effective utilization within the organization. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security seamlessly into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Conduct security awareness programs and training sessions for teams operating in Cloud environments. Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Provide regular reporting and performance metrics to senior management on the Cloud Security program. Work with Cloud Security principles and best practices; Cloud platforms, services, and architecture; Cloud-based technologies and solutions; regulatory requirements and standards, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA), Payment Card Industry (PCI), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA); translating technical information; defining Cloud Security-related requirements; and building project plans, translating directives, and presenting project deliverables.
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with Cloud Security principles and best practices; Cloud platforms, services, and architecture; Cloud-based technologies and solutions; regulatory requirements and standards, such as GDPR, FISMA, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and FICA; translating technical information; defining Cloud Security-related requirements; and building project plans, translating directives, and presenting project deliverables.
