Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility is to assist the Property Manager and team with administrative duties such as invoicing, reporting and lease management.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails; including incoming complaints and assisting the residents with needs
• Maintains organization of office and office supplies with monthly ordering; including water, coffee, etc. as needed.
• Assisting in renewal generating and uploading.
• Running reports, as needed.
• Following up and tracking work order completion.
• Maintaining a consistent and punctual attendance record.

Qualifications- Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Administrative and invoicing experience, preferred.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
• High energy level to meet high paced, positive and challenging work environment.
• Multifamily property experience, preferred.
