Help us redefine software security. At Delphos, we’re automating reverse engineering. We leverage AI to analyze compiled software to understand how it behaves, if it’s malicious, what it’s made of, and uncover vulnerabilities. As our AI Lead, you’ll drive the research and development of cutting-edge models, leading a team to push the boundaries of machine learning for program analysis.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Leadership – Guide the AI research, setting technical direction and best practices.

• Model Innovation – Develop and refine novel techniques for binary analysis and vulnerability detection.

• Infrastructure Development – Oversee the design and scaling of training and inference systems.

• Experimentation & Optimization – Design experiments to push model performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and real-world applicability.

• Collaboration & Mentorship – Work cross-functionally with engineers and security researchers while mentoring team members.

• Scholarly Contribution – Publish research, contribute to the AI/security community, and help shape the future of binary analysis.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, preferably in security, program analysis, or related fields.

• Strong background in deep learning, NLP, and/or generative models with a track record of innovation.

• Experienced in leading AI teams, mentoring researchers, and driving projects from ideation to deployment.

• Comfortable with static code analysis, program synthesis, or reverse engineering—or eager to learn.

• Passionate about pushing the limits of AI to solve high-impact, real-world challenges.
