Your Impact

Join Axon’s Business Solutions team and help shape the data foundation that powers our global operations. As a Business Solutions Architect focused on Data Operations, you’ll be the strategic connector across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams helping us tame complexity and improve how data flows, integrates, and is governed across the enterprise. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for data operations and governance, ensuring our business systems speak the same language and our data maintains high fidelity across platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, D365, etc. Your work will help prevent data integrity issues before they happen, accelerate time-to-insight, and empower internal teams with trustworthy information. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their data pain points, then partner with engineering and architecture teams to design, validate, and implement scalable solutions. You’ll thrive on ambiguity, hunt down root causes, and bring clarity to complex data ecosystems. What You’ll Do

Location: This role is based out of our Scottsdale, AZ office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesday through Friday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays. We believe connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to support meaningful teamwork and mentorship.

• Be the Glue: Act as the connective tissue between internal business teams and IT to diagnose data problems, define requirements, and propose practical solutions.
• Data Integrity Champion: Own initiatives to improve data governance, sales data hygiene, and master data quality across systems.
• Trusted Advisor: Serve as the internal expert on data integrations and governance best practices, especially across platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Solution Design: Partner with business analysts, engineers, and architects to translate business needs into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
• Problem Solver: Investigate issues with urgency, document findings clearly, and help drive quick resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Evangelize Governance: Advocate for proactive data management, process standardization, and improved stewardship practices.
• End-to-End Execution: From discovery to testing to launch, own delivery of data-focused projects with accountability and precision.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical or analytical field
• 8+ years of experience in business systems, data governance, or enterprise architecture roles
• Strong experience working with platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Demonstrated success in diagnosing and solving data issues across multiple teams or functions
• Ability to translate complex data issues into clear business narratives and technical requirements
