Administrative & Warehouse Coordinator

Tra Mar Mechanical, a Crete United Company, is a leading Mechanical Solutions provider serving the Northern Colorado market. Headquartered in Greeley, we specialize in service, maintenance, retrofits, tenant improvements, new construction, and sustainable energy solutions for commercial, healthcare, institutional, and municipal clients.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Warehouse Coordinator to support both office operations and warehouse functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys contributing across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally with a courteous and patient demeanor.

• Perform data entry and document management using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Viewpoint Spectrum software.

• Provide administrative support to internal teams and assist with customer service inquiries.

• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and client information.

• Ensure accurate and timely communication between departments, vendors, and customers.

Warehouse & Inventory Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries and shipments.

• Put away orders and parts in designated storage areas, maintaining an organized inventory system.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking and ordering supplies and materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.

• Support project and field teams by pulling parts, labeling, and prepping orders as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of administrative or warehouse experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or similar construction software is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet during warehouse tasks.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage time independently.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace.
