The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Transformation Officer(CTO) and team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Create, edit, and organize documents and presentations for the CTO and team.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the CTO, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CTO, team members, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND nine (9) years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.

OR

  • High school diploma/GED and thirteen (13) years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Work location:

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized
