Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reports that benchmark and track progress against key operational performance goals and initiatives.
- Support demand forecasting and modeling capabilities related to how fast we should be growing our expenses and our investment in our moderation workforce.
- Conduct data mining, regression analysis and other quantitative analysis using industry standard statistical and business analytics techniques.
- Work with management and/or internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them.
- Creating and maintaining data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams.
- Lead the weekly business review (WBR) process for the Trust & Safety Operations team, including executive level presentations and performance meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Using SQL, Python and Tableau to execute data analysis and create data visualizations in support of data-driven analyses, including determining reference classes for data analyses while consuming large datasets using mathematical and statistical models;
- Performing statistical imputations to work with missing data, executing statistical analysis, and performing statistical-driven tests on models to define hypotheses;
- Building and maintaining interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft PowerBI to measure organizational effectiveness by tracking KPIs (key performance indicators);
- Automating data reports and performing quality review;
- Generating data visualization and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences; and
- Conducting statistical analysis using Python to discover patterns and make actionable recommendations to business for improvement.
