At Renewal by Andersen of British Columbia, our Residential Marketing Associates are the front line of our growth. You’ll represent a nationally trusted brand, engage homeowners face-to-face, and earn commission for every qualified appointment you set. There’s no cap on commission, so your income grows with your performance. 
What You’ll Do 
Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods 
Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products 
Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations 
Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques 
Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools 
Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings 
Compensation & Earning Potential 
$19/hour base pay to start 
Performance-based commission (uncapped) 
$78K target total compensation for productive agents 
Top performers earn $100K–$120K+ annually 
Weekly pay and clear performance expectations 
This is a merit-based role: the more consistent and productive you are, the more you earn. 
What We’re Looking For 
Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement 
Comfortable talking to new people and working outdoors 
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven 
Able to handle rejection and stay positive 
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license 
Availability to work evenings and weekends 
No previous sales experience required—we train the right people.
