In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO, and work with local and global teams to support our mission. This role can be hybrid and will require flexibility to work in office dependent on business needs.
This is a 2-year contract role with an expected end date of summer 2026.
This role will lead the business analysis effort in a the Offer to Cash end-to-end transformation workstream by advising and influencing workstream stakeholders and aligning requirements and process work to the strategic outcomes and benefits of the program. In addition, this role is an expert amongst the transformation program’s BA Practice and works with senior workstream leaders and the BA Practice Lead to build and lead the culture and business analysis capability on the program by promoting ongoing education, mentoring other practitioners, and driving the development and assurance of high-quality outputs and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of business analyst direct reports.
- Coach and drive BA team members to ensure the quality by adhering to business analysis practices, standards and toolsets and ensuring they are understood and used effectively.
- Lead BA members in the workstream, business leaders and stakeholders through business forums and workshops to develop a shared understanding of their business processes, systems, and identify process and requirements.
- Be a change champion by leveraging our change management practices communicating relevant information pertaining to initiatives to the various cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Lead the discipline around the development of business processes, requirements, and dependencies, uncover areas for improvement, investigate complex problems for the end-to-end workstream.
- Drive the pursuit of business value by tracing business benefits to requirements and business cases across the workstream and sub-streams.
- Complete and govern the end-to-end process maps and align sub-stream process maps.
Key Requirements
To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Computing, or Engineering
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Expert knowledge of BABOK.
- BA industry certifications e.g. CBAP or APGM Agile BA.
- Experience leading BA teams and or practices in a transformation project setting.
- Experience working with virtual teams and large stakeholder groups in a complex matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working in transformation programs or projects.
- Experience with large enterprise IT systems (e.g. CRM, ERP).
- Experience working across the Offer to Cash domain.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry preferred.

- Pay Range in the United States: $135,000 - $150,000 annually based upon experience. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
