Position Summary
Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures the program is operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following supporting Program Management to ensure the attainment of program metrics/objectives.
- Managing relationships with and providing direction to and oversight of vendor(s)
- Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
- Developing, measuring, and reporting on the success of the program
- Partnering with vendors, internal and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach the appropriate program goals in the proper time
- Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
- Identifying key stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000
&/OR
California Minimum: $116,000
California Maximum: $184,000
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is the Oakland General Office.
Responsibilities:
- Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
- May act as a team lead and direct less experienced employees.
- Works with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors across functions to influence decisions.
- Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media.
- Integrates industry data-related knowledge into everyday business practices and decision-making.
- Provides others with guidance around complex industry regulatory and compliance environment and considerations.
- Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.
- Provides direction on the overall program.
- Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.
- Develop new or revise existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent
Desired:
- Master’s degree
- PMP Certification
- I.S.A. Certified Arborist/Utility Specialist
- Advanced knowledge of Project/Program Management
- Advanced knowledge of Encroachment Permitting
- Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and reco
