Description
As a User Success Study Program Manager at Verily Life Sciences, you will set up and manage support systems for products and studies. You will create personal and scalable programs to delight users and improve operations. You will manage several programs and collaborate with other teams such as Commercial, Product Management, Engineering, UX, Quality Assurance, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with participants and develop workflows to support them throughout clinical study.
- Train and coach clinical research associates and study team members on study materials, workflows, and best practices for participant engagement.
- Serve as a project expert and point of escalation with cross-functional teams.
- Create and monitor reporting and analytics for study support.
- Present to stakeholders and drive process and product improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- 3+ years in the medical device or clinical research settings in a project or a program management role, or in a support function.
- Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; ie, Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with clinical study coordination, working directly with patients and participants.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments, preferably from a large organization.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with different systems and platforms and familiar with gSuite and Google Cloud.
