Junior - IT Financial Management - NextHub Bari

We are looking for a candidate to directly report to the Controller Manager within the IT Department. The IT Financial Management Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting to the finance team. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. The Analyst will work closely with various functions to ensure accurate financial information.

 Your role

• Support the IT budgeting, forecasting and actual processes
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare financial reports, including variance analysis on IT projects costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data
• Support preparation recharge for shared services provide to entire network
• Support analysis of recurring costs and project costs to evaluate variations from the budget
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT financial models
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory filings
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
• Invoice approval support (calculation and number validation)

 

Winning Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting and modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP FICO.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of IFRS international accounting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for innovation and Information Technology
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• English language, written and spoken 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of corporate finance principles and practices
