The Job:  

As a Director of Global Asset Health, you’ll be part of our global operations team working as a hybrid employee.  You’ll get to:   

  • Create start to finish best in class global asset health program framework for the enterprise inclusive of all process workflows, procedures, and standards.
  • Create global KPI improvements plan per Business Unit and site for visibility and improvement progress.
  • Understand and advise on workflows and opportunities. 
  • Create maturity assessments and gap analysis templates for the enterprise. 
  • Develop & Lead OEE improvement processes across business units. 
  • Collaborate with the operating leaders to execute robust preventative and predictive maintenance protocols, demonstrating improving trends in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). 
  • Create plans for data-driven improvement processes related to Maintenance Excellence sub-processes and performance indicators. 
  • Ensure all maintenance personnel in the enterprise are incorporating the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance and actively develops and supports the groups in these areas.
  • Develop robust maintenance planning processes and own the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 
  • Utilize automation and advanced measurement techniques to improve reliability in a predictive and prescriptive way. 
  • Actively participate in equipment standards and CapEx project planning to ensure new equipment installs and inputs are captured and tie to CMMS and Digital Twin system maintenance and upkeep.


 

The Person:

  • At least 10 years of experience in maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS), programs and budgeting practices.
  • Experience implementing best in class maintenance strategies (e.g., TPM, RCM, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance). 
  • Experience establishing Safety Programs for Maintenance teams that have consistently reduced and/or eliminated unsafe behaviors. 
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently. 
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a Global matrixed organization. 
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. 
  • TPM, six sigma certification and lean manufacturing experience is preferred.
