$20-$24 per hour

Job Description:

Traffic Coordinator  

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

What You’ll Do  

• Schedule, coordinate, and track all backhaul loads with drivers, carriers, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound backhaul shipments.
• Communicate load details, appointment times, and route changes to drivers and dispatch in real time.
• Update internal systems with load status, delivery times, and exceptions.
• Verify backhaul documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams to identify backhaul opportunities to reduce transportation costs.
• Monitor carrier performance and escalate service issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and DOT regulations.
• Support other administrative tasks within the Traffic department as assigned.
