  • Support retrieval-augmented generation pipelines where needed, and publish dashboards that blend fresh metrics with concise narrative commentary

  • Track accuracy, response time, and cost per insight; partner with the Analytics Manager to roll out incremental, data-driven improvements that keep raising quality while controlling spend

  • Meet with product owners, engineers, and operations partners to translate business questions into technical requirements

  • Support sprint planning, manage Jira tasks, and hit deadlines with manager support, flagging risks early and often

  • Provide best-practice guidance on data modeling, visualization, and prompt engineering, so stakeholders get maximum value from every deliverable

  • Document solutions thoroughly and support knowledge-transfer sessions to ensure long-term adoption

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Review current team and wider Product Operations workflows to pinpoint friction and redundancy

  • Draft proposals that show how AI automations or data-model tweaks will save time and improve accuracy; share findings with leadership with support from the Analytics Manager

  • Build quick-start guides, lunch-and-learn decks, and short video demos so colleagues can confidently use new tools

  • Stay on top of emerging Snowflake Cortex and Windsurf/Codex capabilities, experimenting early and socializing wins across the team

Expected Education & Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of professional analytics or data-engineering experience in a corporate environment

  • Exposure to writing production Python or R

  • Hands-on exposure to Natural Language Processing or Large Language Models, either in coursework or live deployments

  • Experience designing stakeholder-facing dashboards and maintaining scalable API integrations is highly valued

  • Excellent communicator, thoughtful team player, highly adaptive, and a strong sense of personal integrity

  • Experience building with GPT, Gemini, Claude or similar; prompt-engineering best practices; exposure to evaluating hallucination, bias, and safety

  • Strong SQL, Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau; ability to weave model outputs directly into dashboards and data products

  • Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or JS for orchestrating APIs, vector databases, and CI/CD; enthusiasm for turning ad-hoc analysis into repeatable, self-service tooling

  • Capable of framing complex AI concepts in plain language; supports stakeholder storytelling and change management

  • Comfortable supporting rapid A/B tests, establishing offline/online evaluation metrics, and iterating quickly with guidance

  • Can help codify new processes, create training assets, and support teams to adopt AI-augmented workflows

  • Willingness to learn and expand knowledge every day through independent learning and digging into challenging problems

  • Passionate about contributing to teams and developing solutions for others to follow

  • Able to intake business questions, identify solutions, and assist operational teams with execution to achieve goals

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships; excited about working with others through change

  • Professional attitude, comfortable working in a corporate setting populated by diverse types of people

  • Demonstrated ability to influence through data backed recommendations, with support from senior team members

  • Bias toward action, curiosity, and self-directed learning
