We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of leased assets and owned assets, reporting to Corporate Head of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and Transactions, ensuring alignment with corporate real estate strategies, and managing business cases for transactions. This role involves financial analysis, lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and stakeholder management, with a focus on maximizing operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. 

1. Portfolio Management & Business Case Development:

• Lead the strategic management of a real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate and business objectives.
• Optimize portfolio performance through financial modeling, risk assessment, and benchmarking.

 

2. Transactions & Lease Negotiations:

• Oversee lease transactions, including new leases, renewals, subleases, and terminations.
• Negotiate lease terms to secure favorable conditions for Nokia.

 

3. Stakeholder & Tenant Relations Management:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal, procurement, R&D) to align real estate strategies with business needs.

 

4. Financial & Performance Analysis:

• Prepare reporting and recommendations for senior leadership on real estate strategies. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years in asset management, corporate real estate, or lease transactions, preferably on the tenant side.
• Strong financial modeling and business case development experience.
• Demonstrated ability in team leading (internal and external collaborators).
• Expertise in lease negotiations and real estate transaction structuring.
