GTM Operations Engineer

You will be responsible for building the connective infrastructure that links Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product into a single, intelligent operating system. Working hands-on across tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Zapier, you will transform strategy into scalable execution by automating workflows, improving data quality, and enabling real-time decision-making. The role is highly technical and execution-focused, requiring someone who thrives in building systems rather than managing people. You will design the pipelines, scoring models, and automation layers that drive pipeline growth, revenue efficiency, and customer expansion.
