Overview

UHS is seeking a Strategic Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist that has the drive to hit the ground running while taking initiative to build robust pipelines and relationships. If you love planning, pipelining, and creating opportunities for all, you're in the right place!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'd be responsible for supporting the long-term Talent Acquisition strategy and the programs which are built from that vision. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategic Programs, this role supports programs that aim to build depths in pipeline talent, which aligns with the company’s ongoing recruiting needs and future growth. These programs include the UHS Hospitals Education Incentive Programs (EIP) and Tuition Forgiveness Programs, Campus/Community programs, and more.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the candidate activity for the various education incentive programs and career/community events that support our business needs. You will work to ensure a quick and seamless process to onboard candidates into EIP programs while working closely with colleges/universities to insure timely communication in regard to student enrollment. The role of the Talent Acquisition is Specialist is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Strategic Programs team.

Education

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline or two (2) years of related experience in lieu of degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline, preferred

Experience

• One (1) year Human Resources experience
• Program development experience, preferred
