Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Vision a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies is recruiting for an Executive Administrative Coordinator within the U.S. Vision Care Organization to be in Jacksonville, FL. This position may require up to 10% travel (domestic and international).
Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the Jacksonville, FL office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.

This position reports to the Vice President, US Sales (Vision Care Franchise). The Executive Administrative Coordinator will provide executive-level administrative support with minimal direction and supervision for both the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, departmental expenses, daily activities, correspondence, presentation preparation, record maintenance, and various ad-hoc projects for one or more Vice Presidents as requested.
- Serve as a liaison between the Vice Presidents and high-level individuals regarding various business issues, prioritizing, addressing, and delegating work as necessary.
- Provide timely and professional updates to internal employees and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, and exercise good judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Interact with members of the Global Management Board and other senior-level J&J officials.
- Support planning functions and independently assemble relevant data for the Vice Presidents, compiling pertinent statistics or information efficiently.
- Maintain discretion and independent judgment while solving complex problems.
- Have full latitude to modify work processes and workflow to enhance personal efficiency and that of the Vice Presidents, while adhering to environmental policies and supporting departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all customer and marketing activities.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credentialing is preferred.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of professional administrative support experience is required; two (2) years of executive-level administrative support experience is preferred.
