Senior Technical Solutions Architect – Identity Security

Qualifications:

 

Minimum Qualifications 

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or IT architecture roles, with 7+ years directly in IAM/IDSec disciplines. 
• Proven execution as a Business Development Manager (BDM), Sale Leader and / or technical strategist, supporting enterprise sales teams and shaping domain strategy. 
• Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives, both internally and externally. 
• Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas: 
• Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt) 
• Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) 
• Access Management (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock) 
• Identity Federation, SAML/OIDC/OAuth2 
• Zero Trust Architecture 
• Passwordless and Modern Authentication 
• Non-human Identitites, OT/IoT infrastrcture 
• Deep understanding of the IDSec vendor landscape, solution evaluation, partner relationships, and emerging trends. 

Education & Certifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields. 
• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Business is a plus. 
• Professional certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CCNA).

Other Details 

• Travel: Up to 20%, primarily for strategic client meetings, executive briefings, and OEM summits. 
• Autonomy: You’ll determine strategy and execution approaches in coordination with the Practice Manager and executive team. 
• Location: Open to remote candidates across the U.S.; proximity to key markets is a plus.
