POSITION SUMMARYHASI is seeking an Associate to join our accounting team in Annapolis, MD.  This role will focus on accounting for and analyzing our investments, which include receivables, real estate, debt securities, joint ventures and off-balance sheet securitizations.  The person in this role will collaborate across the company to support accurate internal and external financial reporting.  RESPONSIBILITIESExecute accounting for our investment transactions for our SEC filings, investor reporting, forecasts, management reporting, and ad-hoc analyses. Accounting includes preparing amortization schedules, journal entries and month-end reconciliations.
