Senior Salesforce Administrator
Need Austin- Texas Residents Only - Contract - Austin- Texas (Hybrid)

Required:

• 7 years – Salesforce Administrator experience managing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce Orgs. Implement and improve security policies and practices.
• 7 years – Experience with SDLC, coding standards, change control, and CI/CD tools (Flosum).
• 7 years – Experience with data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party tools, AppExchange products.
• 7 years – Experience troubleshooting and solving complex system/software/hardware problems and recommending technical solutions.

Preferred Skills                                        

• 5 years – Experience implementing OAuth and integrating 3rd-party apps; experience in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML.
• 2 years – Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC).
• 2 years – Experience with integration tools: MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit.
• 2 years – Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• 2 years – Strong configuration/no-code abilities (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).

Specific Skills:

• Salesforce Administration (user management, security, profiles, permissions).
• Org setup from scratch, environmental governance.
• CI/CD using Flosum.
• Data migration + AppExchange product support.
• OAuth authentication and 3rd-party integrations.
• Troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Experience with DocuSign and Azure Data Factory (plus).
