Director, North America Publisher Account Management

We're looking for a Director of North America Publisher Account Management to lead our publisher partnerships organization. You'll own the publisher account management revenue line across the US, help set the strategy for our global supply-side business, and serve as a senior voice of the publisher ecosystem internally and in-market.

The Role

You'll lead a team of Publisher Account Managers covering top-grossing game developers and high-scale non-gaming publishers. You'll set the vision for how we grow and deepen these relationships across regions while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech Ops, Business Operations, and Demand teams. This role requires both strategic altitude and hands-on engagement–building the processes and culture that enable the team to scale while serving as a trusted senior point of escalation for our most strategic publisher accounts.

About the Dir., North America Publisher Account Management role:

  • Lead and develop a team across the US–holding regular team meetings, supporting individual growth, and driving a high-performance culture

  • Own the NA publisher revenue; set quarterly goals and hold the team accountable to retention, expansion, and monetization KPIs

  • Serve as senior point of escalation for strategic publisher accounts, engaging confidently at C-suite and VP level

  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full ad format stack and cross company initiatives–brand, performance, rewarded video, interstitials, native, banners, and emerging formats

  • Translate publisher and market feedback into evidence-backed product recommendations; partner with Product on SDK, mediation, and ad format priorities

  • Liaise cross-functionally with Sales, Tech Ops, Product, and Demand teams to support publisher growth and resolve complex client challenges

  • Present team performance, strategy, and market insights clearly to senior leadership and key clients

  • Travel to and represent the company at industry events, evangelizing our products as a thought leader in mobile in-app monetization and advertiser demand

About YOU as the Dir., North America Publisher Account Management:

  • 10+ years in mobile advertising, in-app monetization, or ad-tech–ideally at an SSP, ad network, DSP, or programmatic publisher role — with at least 3 years leading account management teams

  • Proven track record of hitting commercial targets, growing accounts, and developing high-performing teams

  • Deep knowledge of the supply-side and buy-side adtech landscape: programmatic/RTB, SSPs, SDK integration, mediation, and auction mechanics

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build data-driven business cases; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools a plus

  • Exceptional communication and executive presence–effective with publisher C-suites, internal senior leadership, and junior team members alike

  • Ability to work autonomously, think globally, and drive results across multiple geographies and cultures
