The Sr. Manager of Organizational & Talent Development leads enterprise-wide talent strategies, driving organizational effectiveness through talent management, leadership development, and change management. This role partners with senior leaders and the People & Culture team to optimize workforce capabilities, implement scalable learning solutions, and enhance organizational design for business success.

What You’ll Do:
- Develops, manages and facilitates the full life cycle of Talent Management programs and processes.
- Leads the employee engagement survey process, collaborating with our vendor to develop the survey, manage communications, analyze results, and drive action planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Design and implement organizational structures, workforce planning, and role definitions to improve efficiency.
- Manages L&D budgets, vendor partnerships, and program effectiveness.
- Drive enterprise-wide change management efforts, including strategy development, impact assessments, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with senior leadership to integrate change management into major business initiatives.
- Lead communication strategies to foster adoption of key organizational changes.
- Apply data-driven insights to assess learning impact, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Design.
- Proven expertise in large-scale change management, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
- Strong background in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or Change Management.
- Ability to partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide talent and change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and business transformation.
- Experience leading high-impact projects with measurable business outcomes.
