As a Sr Scientist Ops, Investigation Unit, you will conduct manufacturing, equipment and testing related non-conformance investigations.  You will manage nonconformance activities utilizing established procedures. Manage tasks and activities to accomplish assigned objectives or schedules.

The Opportunity

• You analyze and interpret test results, experimental data using various data analysis software, spreadsheets and or applying quantitative methods. Uses technical writing skills to produce reports and documents. Present investigation findings at internal meetings.

• You design, plan and execute assigned production activities, research and/or development-related experiments/projects utilizing established batch records, or innovative procedures, and applying scientific knowledge and accumulated experience to complete projects.  Contributes to the definition and timely achievement of overall project goals.

• You record production work or experimental methods, materials and results in production records, hard copy or electronic laboratory notebooks. You analyze data, evaluate results, form conclusions and implement/document process improvements. This includes integrating previous and current results to determine next experimental steps and the impact of long-range project goals.

• You present findings at group or departmental meetings.  This includes applying advanced technical writing skills to produce reports and documents.  You may assist in preparing summaries, memos, internal reports, presentations, manuscripts, etc.

• You serve as a resource to other departments (e.g., Manufacturing/Operations, Development, Quality, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Studies, and International Technical Services), providing timely response and follow-ups.  You participate in the expeditious transfer of products and technologies by providing scientific knowledge and assistance.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Biological/related sciences or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• You have 2-5 years of relevant industry experience or general laboratory experience

• You have the ability to design and execute relevant laboratory experimentation

• You have the ability to recognize and resolve basic problems encountered in experimental procedure.

• You have Strong writing and Root Cause analysis skills

• You have experience with Technical data and Data analysis

• Sequencing experienced preferred.

You are local to Branchburg New Jersey.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is $ $70,000 - $130,000 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
