Our teams work self-organized and agile. They are supported by dual leadership of a People Lead, with people development and leadership expertise, and a Functional Lead, with role-specific expertise. We focus on enabling people and creating the right environment for them to thrive. </p> <p><br/> <b>What you will do: </b></p> <ul> <li>Build and iterate new product functionality which allows users to collaboratively transform their business processes.</li> <li>Contribute to the entire cycle of product development, from first ideas and brainstorming sessions to continuously delivering improvements based on customer data.</li> <li>Solve technical challenges of high scope and complexity building micro-frontends which are used in the entire Signavio Suite.</li> <li>Work closely with an experienced feature team including products owner, designer, frontend and backend engineers in an agile setup.</li> <li>Build on a modern cloud-native stack and infrastructure.</li> <li>Learn, collaborate, and guide other developers.</li> </ul> <p><br/> <b>Requirements: </b></p> <ul> <li>BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in software engineering.</li> <li>Solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures and algorithms.</li> <li>Excellent programming skills in Kotlin / Java and JavaScript/Typescript.</li> <li>Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.</li> <li>Solid experience with React and NodeJS. Knowledge of API query languages like GraphQL is a plus. </li> <li>Solid experience with modern, cloud-native Java frameworks like Spring or Micronaut.</li> <li>Solid understanding of the Micro-Frontend pattern (webpack module federation).</li> <li>Solid experience with relational database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Existing experience with database schema change management tools like Liquibase or Flyway is a plus. </li> <li>Experience with distributed systems and their observability.</li> <li>Solid experience in designing, developing and documenting RESTful APIs.  </li> <li>Solid experience in writing automated tests in Java / Kotlin and Javascript / Typescript.</li> <li>Experience in working with containerized applications and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes). </li> <li>Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Existing experience with a pipeline orchestrator like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Azure Pipelines. Knowledge of continuous delivery tools like ArgoCD is a plus. </li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, organizational and/or architectural challenges and propose iterative solutions. </li> <li>Motivation to work in an agile environment.</li> <li>Proficient English language skills, both in written and verbal form. <br/>  </li> </ul> <p><b>Nice to have: </b></p> <ul> <li>Experience using infrastructure
