Your team

Your team will be comprised of four areas: Field Administration, Advisor Recruiting & Retention, Training & Development, and Teaming & Practice Management. You will report directly to the Head of US Wealth Management and sit on the US Wealth Management Forum.

Your expertise

• ideally 15+ years of experience with a leading financial institution
• management experience as COO, CAO or other substantive leadership role
• series 7, 66 and 9/10
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• comfortable working in partnership and able to delegate effectively
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
• organized, structured, confident working autonomously and able to think outside the box
• excellent communication skills
• strong skill set in prioritizing strategizing, meeting deadlines, etc.

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $300000 to $400000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
