If you are an experienced talent acquisition professional focused on Early in Profession (EiP) hiring, this is your chance to make a significant impact on the future of Microsoft as part of a leading edge EiP recruiting team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on all facets of Early in Profession recruiting with a heavy emphasis on engineering and the technical market overall.  

 

We are looking for a well-connected and intellectually curious individual who can drive and own the recruiting efforts of Early in Profession talent for Microsoft in EMEA. This role involves engagement in all aspects of the hiring process: collaborating with client stakeholders, other talent acquisition team members, and HR colleagues on succession planning, job strategy, and defining candidate profiles, as well as crafting sourcing strategies to identify and select top candidates, enhancing the recruiting process and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities of the Early in Profession Recruiter - Account Management Recruiter (AMR) may include:   

  • Headcount planning and management – partner with Early in Profession Managers, HR and business partners, Finance teams, collect, define and manage corresponding requisitions and interviewer for current and long-term talent needs. 
  • Consultative trusted advisoridentifying business hiring needs and collaboratively consult on topics such as sourcing strategies, hiring trends, intern program development, diversity, candidate attraction, interview best practices; build strong connections with key stakeholders in the company, both globally and locally; advise on intern program planning, development and execution. All in partnership with your Finder and Closer peers.  
  • Partnerships/Training - Provide program guidance to stakeholders on college candidate experience from beginning to end, diversity strategies, technical presentations and candidate interviewing. 
  • Leadership - Identify and cultivate EiP champions as well as the EiP Champ model to influence the business to support on campus activities, drive team placement of candidates, intern conversion, and effective and efficient final round assessment. 
  • Community – building & driving a community of global AMR’s to collaborate, share best practices and insights to enable a continual evolution of Early in Profession Recruiting.  

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.

 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large complex organization with Central Eastern European focus would be beneficial
