Delivery Driver/Home Service Tech

Responsibilities

• Delivery of product to dealerships and retail customers
• Truck/Shop inventory
• Salt delivery
• Direct investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products.
• Maintain customer relationships during the course of customer investigations.
• Communicate with manufacturing, quality assurance, sales and engineering to resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Perform field service on all Company products as required.
• Shop Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Coordinate maintenance of work service vehicle.

• Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
• Perform any other activities as needed or as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient customer service experience. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

 

 

Education

High School Diploma or GED in Related Field
