Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as first point of contact for problem resolution and resolve key systemic production issues
  • Provide new hire onboarding and ongoing daily support of Teamcenter and CREO (Multisite US)
  • Create Teamcenter user training material and Document FAQs for repetitive user issues
  • Document test cases for system integration testing and UAT
  • Teamcenter administration related activities

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Computer science a closely related engineering degree from an ABET accredited university
  • Need US Citizen due to ITAR requirements, Required Active security clearance
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills, and demonstrated problem solving ability.
  • Understanding of engineering theory and principles of design.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Always eager to learn and improve
