The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a capable and committed technician with a strong foundation in site services and a readiness to learn and grow.
You’ll have:
- Practical boiler knowledge (essential) – further training will be provided
- Qualifications in welding and fabrication (essential)
- Experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment in a support capacity
- Awareness of water, air, steam, and refrigeration plant systems, including legal compliance requirements
- A hands-on, safety-first approach with a keen eye for continuous improvement

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-response engineering to support site services and restore equipment functionality quickly and safely Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance across key utilities including water, steam, air, and refrigeration systems Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement cost-effective solutions
- Recommend and support continuous improvements to equipment reliability and energy efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing operational improvements
