Creative/Production Coordinator - Hoover | Full-time

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Production & Creative Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative/Production Supervisor to design and produce a wide range of marketing, brand, and communication materials that support the overall goals and initiatives of the credit union. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and promote our brand while collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality content that resonates with our members and community. 

• Develop and implement the credit union's advertising and promotional materials which may include design, layout, and production of all promotional materials under the supervision of the Creative/Production Supervisor - such as in-branch materials, digital ads, social media images, blog images, video content, emails, outdoor and print advertising and member-facing communication.
• Assist in promotional communications to all staff.
• Work with Creative/Production Supervisor on the production of all marketing materials and budget allocations for each      project.
• Oversee the distribution of marketing materials and supplies to staff and members.
• Meet all deadlines set by the VP Marketing.
• Assist with special events. 
• Assist with video production and updates.
• Assist with all website edits and updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Must be proficient in design software such as Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other video editing software such as Canva, HubSpot, DNN is a plus.
• Requires strong visual conception skills and ability to work independently.
• Good oral communications skills. 
• Excellent computer skills.

Experience: Must have at least one year of experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional work environment.
 

Education: Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
