iGaming Technical Compliance Manager

Konami Gaming is looking for an iGaming Technical Compliance Manager to join our team!

This position is responsible for the iGaming product compliance activity. Ensure that business practices and policies related to product regulatory requirements for Konami are maintained to the highest level of standards.  This role serves as primary KGI liaison for regulatory authorities regarding iGaming activity.

What you'll be doing:

• Manages and executes the Release Notes (RN) process in cooperation with the iGaming Development Team.
  • Coordinate and send RN in cooperation with the R&D iGaming Team.
  • Track and record RN approvals.
  • Continually review RN process for improvement.
• Manage Security Audits to meet jurisdictional requirements.
  • Track requirements in all jurisdictions and ensure compliance.
  • Manage audits from a scheduling perspective.
  • Review and implement new market requirements.
• Manage all regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Assist R&D iGaming team with generation and delivery of reports.
• Review regulatory requirements for new markets and incorporate new requirements into existing process.
  • Assist R&D iGaming Team with new site notifications as required.
• Manage product approval process in cooperation with Technical Compliance Submission/Approval (TC) team and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure efficient and timely certifications/approvals.
• Enforces regulatory policy as it relates to product and notification compliance.
• Applies thorough knowledge of gaming regulations markets, and compliance rules and requirements throughout the company’s departments and documents for information sharing for iGaming.
• Serves as the company liaison with regulatory personnel on products, implementation of internal procedures, and testing, regulations and revision updates for iGaming.
• Establishes and maintains on-going dialogue and a professional relationship with regulators and ITL’s.
• Negotiate resolutions to issues raised by regulatory agencies with company’s iGaming products.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and detail-oriented management skills to ensure proper and timely reports, data, updates, and approvals are in process or received.
• Responds to questions, investigates, and resolves issues in a timely manner.  
• Applies through knowledge of gaming regulations, markets, and compliance rules to all aspects of product release.
• Assists in gaming compliance and licensing matters, as necessary.
• Coordinates with R&D iGaming and SQA on product information, technical data and related documentation.
• Serves as the department’s primary expert for all regulatory related matters iGaming related.
• Provides management with continuous product reports.
• Advises management on matters that affect the approval of products and notification shipping requirements by regulatory agencies.
• Creates, enforces /or reviews process flow documentation.
• Formulates and administers the technical compliance objectives by formulating and administering company policies.
• Assists in enforcing and instilling a “compliance before commerce” mindset in the department and business.
• Identifies and resolves any discrepancies, changes, or recommendations, and/or problems. Escalates as necessary for resolution to management.
• Applies thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, markets, and compliance rules and requirements throughout the company’s departments. Stays current on rules, regulations and legislative requirements of the various gaming jurisdictions as they pertain to submission
