While we support hybrid remote work, this job requires you to be onsite Monday-Friday at our Phoenix, Arizona location to perform the essential functions of the job.
About the Role:
Performs administrative duties for executive management team, their direct reports and others, as needed. Communicates with all levels of the organization including senior management and high level officers both internal and external to Pathward.
What You Will Do:
- Deals professionally with all levels of internal and external management.
- Takes initiative in executives’ absence and works independently.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
- Composes correspondence and reports for own or executives’ signature.
- Executes under tight timeframes; multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity.
- Collaborates with other administrative staff to accomplish work assignments.
- Coordinates all aspects of executives’ appointments, meetings, partner visits and conference calls while maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
- Maintains and updates calendars and task lists for management; adjusts commitments to maximize executives’ time efficiency.
- Prepares and distributes professional quality documents, reports or presentations.
- Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings for executive with strong calendar management, including coordinating complex meetings across time zones and proactively resolving schedule conflicts.
- Verifies deadlines on incoming requests of the executives and puts preliminary work in play.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of five years related experience;
- Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required.
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and professionally human resources practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Concur SAP. Experience with Ulti-Pro and Nautilus Unity Client is helpful
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi task, with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology is helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and follow through
- Team player, ability to inspire trust and promote collaboration

Salary range: $47,985.10 – $88,620.91
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
