About the job
As Global Medical Autoimmune Specialist VIE within our General Medicines team, you’ll focus on creating a new pathway of excellence for identifying people at risk of developing or with early type 1 diabetes and generating evidence in the field. We are dedicated to improving the health of the millions of patients we serve but too many patients are still not receiving the care they need. We want to expand our reach and elevate the standard of care in chronic conditions by continuously evolving to stay relevant to customers, which is why we are looking for collaborative and innovative medical leader to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
- Quality of Care project coordination with the agencies for full execution at local level of L CARE Type 1 diabetes (T1D) ad boards.
- Publication plans’ country roll out for local congresses and peer reviewed journals.
- Participation in weekly meeting with the agency.
- Dysglycaemia project coordination in support of the global Medical Lead.
- Plan Key opinion leader (KOL) interaction relevant to Patient Pathway projects at global congresses.
- Oversight KOL contracting process for the Patient pathway projects.
- Participate in SERENT1 cross functional accelerator as medical key contact.
- Support the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review of medico marketing documents for external use.
- Participate in weekly Global medical team meeting.
- Participate to and learn from cross-functional meetings with the global team.
- Staying updated with the current scientific literature and analyze scientific and market insights to contribute to informing decision-making and strategic planning.
About you
Experience:
- At least 1-year full time work experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or similar field.
Soft and technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of the healthcare system in main markets.
- Basic knowledge of autoimmune diabetes therapeutic area and principles of immunology/immunotherapy is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Understanding and success in dealing with different cultures and diversity, and willing to develop relational skills working with external experts and colleagues from other functions and countries.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and projects, requiring an ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- A spirit to consistently seek opportunities to learn and develop.
- An absolute commitment to ethical standards and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Life sciences, Pharmacy or related scientific field.
