Hourly Student Employment - Swim Instructors

Responsibilities:
- Teach structured swim lessons to various groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to participant skill levels and learning objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to enhance participants’ swimming skills.
- Ensure participant safety throughout lessons and maintain open communication with participants and guardians.
- Document participants’ progress and provide recommendations for continued skill development.
- Support the promotion and registration processes for swim programs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
- Must have valid Water Safety Instructor certification or relevant experience teaching swim lessons.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous swim instruction experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with various participants and families.
