What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance to business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead data analysis efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws, conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Drive talent management initiatives including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning to support associate engagement and business success.

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong experience in organizational change management and guiding leadership through HR implications.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with a focus on compliance.
  • Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills to build partnerships and foster a high-performing workforce.
