Responsibilities

Assists Imaging Technologist with imaging procedures. Assists in delivery of imaging services. Responsible for loading and unloading multi-viewer. Burning disc, scanning films, faxing reports, moving patient files in the AW mammography computer system; must maintain QC records verifying receipt and/or shipping back of outside films

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. High School diploma or equivalent

2. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in use of medical terminology. 3. Previous experience using computer applications.

4. Demonstrated problem solving skills.

5. Demonstrated organizational skills.

6. Excellent customer service skills.

7. Ability to work independently.

8. Ability to prioritize assignments and work in fast pace environment.

9. Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

PREFERRED:

1. Experience in clinical patient care, preferably in a Radiology or other hospital/medical office environment.
