Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Intimates team as a Merchandiser - Development. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to be diligent and accurately follow through on all related activities from the receipt of design concept to style development and bulk tech pack handover whilst building relationships and credibility with all relevant parties in order to ensure a smooth flow of operations and support the account in achieving set objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Senior Executives to meet customer expectations, ensuring timely and accurate management of development and commercialization processes.

• Implement Time and Action plans, ensure on-time raw material delivery, and make sure Purchase Order quantities, ratios, and cut dates are achieved. Proactively communicate delays and suggest price improvements.

• Manage customer development calendars and work on new development projects to support business growth while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

• Ensure timely completion of costing, Bill of Materials and updates in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform to meet internal financial goals.

• Procure raw materials as per the Bill of Materials ,monitor progress, manage shortages, and follow up on payments and supplier engagement.

• Conduct risk analysis with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely sample development and follow-up on raw material requirements.

• Coordinate sample development, resolve technical queries, and ensure all samples and prototypes are completed within deadlines.

• Lead coordination with suppliers for raw materials lead times, costing, and bulk delivery, while supporting launch styles and sourcing activities.

• Track colour samples, update system information, and ensure timely completion across various sample development stages.

• Contribute to Lean initiatives and Kaizen activities to support departmental strategies.
