We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.</p><p><br/>The Role</p><p>Are you an entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for driving organizational and cultural change and transformation?</p><p></p><p>Then we have a unique opportunity for you as a Senior Organizational Change Manager.</p><p>In this role, you will lead the cultural transformation internally at Kyndryl and act project-related as a change management consultant for our customers.</p><p>Using your in-depth knowledge of change and transformation, you will be responsible for designing Change Management strategies, drive initiatives and monitor activities to realize successful transformations and achieve business goals.</p><p></p><p>Drive and own change: You will advance and implement current change management strategies and plans for internal transformation, alongside potential development of new services and related strategies and plans in cross-functional customer projects.</p><p>Stakeholder Engagement: You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, securing leadership buy-in and developing an effective management system.</p><p>Govern and evaluate change: You will regularly monitor and report progress to management, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve the desired outcomes.</p><p>People enablement: You will be responsible for designing, piloting, and partially executing training to equip employees with skills and knowledge needed for lasting change.</p><p></p><p>Your Future at Kyndryl</p><p>As an Organizational Change Manager at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.</p><p><br/>Who You Are</p><p>You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.</p><p></p><p>Required Skills and Experience</p><ul><li><p>Over five years of professional experience with a proven track record in complex organizational change management projects, both internally and externally, along with customer engagements.</p></li><li><p>Direct experience engaging with C-Level executives.</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive expertise in change management methodologies, leveraging data and metrics.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, including experience with top management.</p></li><li><p>Independent work ethic, a strong can-do attitude, and the capacity to scale operations.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated grit and resilience in leading projects within a dynamic and transformative environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Skills and Experience</p><ul><li><p>Extensive experience in IT, technology, or related fields.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in transformative consulting projects.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in agile methodologies.</p></li></ul><p><br/>Being You</p><p>Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
