Your Role: 
 

The Associate Scientist – QC role performs lab testing and support tasks to assure our product quality meets specifications.  Specific Responsibilities include:

 

Physical Attributes:
 

• Wear appropriate (PPE) while working around hazardous material include respirator
• Job involves use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision
• Lift up to 50 pounds

 

Who You Are: 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or other Life Science discipline
• 5+ years of lab experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation 
• Proficient in laboratory math skills 
• Effective time management and organizational skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience working in a testing lab with hazardous and toxic chemicals
• Able to perform shift work as needed
