Manager Business Finance - US

Role Summary:This role Leads the financial planning, performance analysis, and group-level consolidation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and a passion for connecting numbers to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Commercial & Business Finance Support: Support pricing, deal structuring, and customer profitability analysis for US contracts. Track US revenue performance, operating metrics (MRR, CAC, churn, gross margin), and support margin improvement initiatives. Assist in business cases for expansion, partnerships, and key strategic investments in the US market.
• FP&A & Reporting: Own monthly reporting of US financial and operational performance for internal stakeholders. Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the US region in coordination with global finance teams. Perform variance analysis and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities to the Business Finance Lead. Prepare dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support leadership decision-making
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Tech, Product, etc. teams in the US to ensure financial visibility and support key initiatives. Coordinate with the India and US finance teams for inputs related to consolidation, intercompany billing, and data reconciliation. Support preparation of board decks and investor materials with US-specific insights

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance roles, ideally in SaaS, medtech, or healthcare
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus
• Skills: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Familiarity with SaaS metrics and US business context. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Personal Traits: Proactive, structured thinker, comfortable working across time zones, and excited to work in a high-growth healthtech startup.
