Boden of Maplewood Senior Living- Full-Time AM Culinary Assistant/Server

Boden Senior Living of Maplewood, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Full-Time AM Culinary Assistant/Server to join our growing team.            Boden Senior Living of Maplewood is located just off of Beam Avenue near the corner of Robinson Dr. and 113th Lane NW in Maplewood, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous, apartment style community providing Memory Care services. Join our team today!     

Shift: Full-Time 7am-2pm, including rotating weekends and holidays
Wage: $15.50 - $20.50

Are you compassionate towards others?  Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others?  If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently!  Our Culinary Assistants/Servers becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.             In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.  Duties include:          

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.     
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.     
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.     
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.     
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.     

     Preferred Qualifications:     

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.     
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.     
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.     
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
